about me.....

Despite the name, mobile-portrait-photography is not a franchise or national company, nor am I a photographic studio with large overheads and staff costs to think about, and as such I like to think that I can offer the individual service that you wouldn't receive from a bigger operator.

I don't try to tie you in to 'packages' or attempt to lure you in with a free 7 x 5 framed sample image and the like, only to give you a nasty surprise at the end. I just charge a set price for the sitting and what you decide to spend after that is up to you. There are no hidden charges or extras (the way it should be).

A typical shoot consists of around a one-hour sitting plus set-up time in a setting of your choosing, using professional studio lighting and backdrops to create that in-studio result.

A few days after the shoot I will return to your home for you to review a selection of your images via a lap-top computer. (I can also e-mail you the photographs for you to review if you prefer, but these will be smaller low resolution images).

Once you have selected an image (or multiple images) these will then be printed and framed as per your requirements.

Pricing for the shoot itself is fixed at £100, no matter which printing options you choose this will stay the same.
(Price reduced for 2011)

For Example, a 16 x 20 image mounted & framed costs £50 (so, £150 in total). Canvas prints start at £45 for a 16 x 12.

*Additional prints are charged at £25 extra per print plus printing and framing.

If you already have a frame to use then I can simply supply the print in either colour/monochrome and the finish of your choosing, e.g matt/gloss/lustre/metallic etc.

Once you have chosen your images and mounting options payment is simple and easy as this site is set up to accept paypal. (Please see the following page).
